Privacy Policy
This explains, in plain English, what happens to the details you share when you get in touch with Skyview Aerials UK. It's written for a small, local drone photography service — there are no accounts to create and no payments taken on this website.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send when you enquire: your name, the contact details you give (phone, WhatsApp or email), and the details of what you need — such as a property or site location and what the photos or video are for. There is no tracking or analytics profile built about you on this site.
How enquiries reach me
The buttons and enquiry form on this site open your own WhatsApp, phone or email app with a message ready to send — nothing is sent until you send it yourself. Your message then travels through those services (for example WhatsApp, or your email provider) in the normal way, and their own privacy terms apply to that.
How I use it
Purely to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any work you book. I don't sell your details, and I don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Photos taken on a job
Aerial photography is carried out within UK drone rules, keeping clear of restricted airspace and respecting privacy and safe distances. Images captured for you are yours to use as agreed. I may show a selection of my work in a portfolio or on social media — if you'd prefer your job wasn't shown, just say so and I won't use it.
Keeping and deleting it
Enquiry details and delivered files are kept only as long as needed to do the work and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask me what I hold, or ask me to delete it, at any time.
This website
The site is kept deliberately simple. The area map is embedded from OpenStreetMap, which loads from their servers when you view the coverage section. There are no advertising cookies.
