Flight Disclaimer & Terms
The plain terms Skyview Aerials UK works to, so there are no surprises. Booking a shoot means you're happy with the points below.
Flights depend on conditions
Every flight is subject to the weather, safe take-off and landing access, and UK drone regulations. Strong wind, rain, poor visibility or an unsafe site means a shoot may be postponed and moved to the next suitable slot. You're never charged for a flight that can't safely or legally go ahead.
Rules, permissions & airspace
Skyview Aerials UK is registered with the CAA with a UK Flyer ID and Operator ID, and flies within current UK drone rules — including airspace restrictions, minimum distances from people and property, and no-fly zones. Some locations need landowner permission or sit under restricted airspace; where that's the case, a shoot can only go ahead once the right permissions are in place.
Access & safety
Please let me know about anything that affects safe access — locked gates, parking, livestock, overhead lines or nearby hazards. If a site can't be flown safely on the day, the shoot will be rescheduled rather than rushed.
Roof & site photos are documentation
Roof, gutter and site photos are clear visual documentation to help you see condition and quote work. They are photo documentation only, not a formal structural survey, engineering report or guarantee of a roof's condition. Always use a suitably qualified professional for a formal inspection.
Insurance
Skyview Aerials UK holds public liability insurance for drone work.
Quotes & delivery
Prices shown are guide “from” prices. A final quote depends on location, access, travel, weather, flight complexity and the deliverables you need. Edited photos are usually delivered within 24–48 hours, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Using the images
Photos and video produced for you are supplied for your own use as agreed. Skyview Aerials UK may show a selection of work in a portfolio or on social media — let me know if you'd prefer your job wasn't shown and it won't be.
